Starting a Church Bank Account
When applying for a church bank account you will need the minutes from your Church Board or Core Group Members identifying the Chair (usually the Pastor or Leader), Secretary, Treasurer, 2nd Signatory, and indicating that it is for cheque books or online or both.
All church bank accounts require at least two individuals to authorise a payment. 
The account type should be either charity or community account, and the name of the account should be the full name of the church i.e. East Reading Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Some banks may also require a copy of the organisation Constituition.
